The Wakefield Grannies and the Black Sheep Inn invite you to a celebration and gratitude party in honour of International Women's Day. starting at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Admission is free, but donations to cover expenses are welcome.
 

At 3:30 p.m., there will be a screening of the film GRANPOWER, produced by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
 

At 4:30 p.m., there will be music and poetry by artists and poets Helena Stobert-Maher & Christina Stobert, Ilse Turnsen, Kat Spilka, Sheena Turcotte, Linda Vanderlee (Sun on the Floor), Rosalie Morissette, Heather Farrow, and more.
 

5:30 p.m. Dancing with the Radapaw Ramblers Band, no age limit.
 

The restaurant will be open.
