3. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Event dates, times, performers, venues and programming may occasionally change. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes when necessary.

If an event is cancelled or materially changed, any available refund or exchange will be handled according to the applicable ticketing terms and the circumstances of the event. Unless otherwise stated, service fees and other charges may be non-refundable.

If an event is postponed, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date. Specific refund or exchange instructions will be provided when applicable.

4. Admission & Venue Rules

Admission to an event is subject to The Black Sheep's venue policies and applicable laws.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a person from the venue where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving disruptive, threatening, abusive or unlawful behaviour.

Guests may be required to comply with age restrictions, identification requirements, security procedures, photography or recording policies, prohibited-item restrictions and other event-specific rules.

5. Photography, Recording & Media

Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, archival or other legitimate purposes. By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of the audience or venue.
